Nadya Mikdashi
Assistant Vice President for Development
Nadya Mikdashi is the Assistant Vice President for Development at LAU and is based in New York. Since joining LAU in 2019, she has focused on building out the university’s fundraising efforts in North America, working closely with donors and alumni to expand support for students and academic initiatives. With two decades of leadership in nonprofit development and policy advocacy, Nadya co-founded and served as Executive Director of Skoun Lebanese Addictions Center, growing it into a nationally recognized and award-winning institution that serves thousands of people and their families. Her commitment to education and social change continues to drive her work in strengthening LAU’s global community. Nadya holds a BA in Psychology from AUB and an MS in Education from Fordham. Nadya’s mother, sister, and brother are all LAU alumni.
