Juhi “Ginger” Dagli

In this role, she leads the university’s global philanthropic initiatives in alignment with the strategic priorities of the university leadership, including the President and the Board of Trustees. Ginger brings more than two decades of distinguished leadership in international advancement, alumni engagement, and strategic development within higher education. Her priorities include strengthening donor relationships, expanding alumni networks, and reinforcing a shared sense of purpose and belonging that unites the LAU community worldwide. Prior to joining LAU, Ginger served as Associate Vice President for Global Leadership Development at Boston University (BU), where she led international advancement efforts for over 43,000 alumni across Europe, MENA, Asia, Latin America, and Canada. Her earlier roles include Executive Director of the Dubai Initiative at Harvard Kennedy School and Senior Policy Analyst at Abt Associates. Ginger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marine Science and Aquaculture from Boston University. She remains an active contributor to nonprofit and civic organizations in Boston, particularly those focused on expanding access to education.
