Grace Aoun-Noujaim brings more than two decades of professional experience across Lebanon and the United States to the Student Engagement Center. Overseeing alumni engagement and fundraising campaigns, she plays a key role in supervising student representatives, optimizing CRM systems and ensuring high-quality alumni communications. Prior to this role, Grace served for over a decade in LAU’s Development Office. She coordinated major fundraising initiatives including the university’s Annual Gala Dinner, managed donor stewardship communications, oversaw ISO quality management certification audits, and led strategic projects such as the Phonathon program and donor archiving digitization initiative. She began her professional journey at the Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music, managing international relations and cultural programming.
