Aya brings over 12 years of experience in public relations, communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement across the humanitarian, corporate, and agency sectors. Throughout her career, she has led strategic communication initiatives, managed impactful campaigns and events, and built meaningful relationships with diverse communities, partners, and stakeholders. Driven by a belief in the power of human connection, Aya is passionate about bringing people together, sharing stories that matter, and turning relationships into lasting impact. She brings this perspective to Annual Giving, where she hopes to strengthen alumni engagement and inspire a culture of giving. Having also spent two years teaching media and communications at the university level, she values education and its ability to transform lives. Outside of work, Aya enjoys traveling, discovering new places, and spending time with friends. She believes the best memories come from spontaneous plans, meaningful conversations, and a good laugh.
