Amal Abdel Massih
Executive Director, Advancement Services & Data Analytics
Amal Abdel Massih serves as Executive Director of Advancement Services & Data Analytics at LAU, where she has provided more than three decades of strategic and operational leadership in support of the university’s fundraising and alumni engagement initiatives. In this capacity, she directs the full scope of advancement operations across LAU’s Beirut and New York offices, including gift and grant processing, donor stewardship, data governance, reporting, and financial reconciliation. Amal is a trusted advisor to senior leadership, working closely with the Office of the President, the Comptroller, the Grants Office, and the Financial Aid Office to steward millions of dollars in endowed and designated scholarship funds. Prior to her current role, Amal held the position of Supervisor of Student Accounts in LAU’s Business Office, where she served for eight years. Amal is a LAU alumna, holding a BS in Business Marketing. Amal takes great pride in seeing her twin daughters graduate from LAU as well, bother earning Bachelor of Engineering degrees, one in Computer Engineering and the other in Industrial Engineering. Having spent 40 years at LAU, the university has truly become a second home to Amal.
