Senior Data Analyst

Alain Fares is a Senior Data Analyst in the Advancement Operations Department – Data Analytics Unit at the Lebanese American University. In his role, he supports reporting, analytics, and data-driven initiatives that help improve processes, guide decision-making, and strengthen advancement efforts across the university. Over the years at LAU, Alain has worked with several offices, including the Global Affairs Service Center and the Academy of Continuing Education (ACE), where he gained valuable experience in CRM and ERP systems, business applications, data analysis, and process improvement. Alain holds an MBA and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from LAU. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new technologies, following basketball, and has long been an active member of the Scouts.
